To Our Valued Customers: Regarding the Operational Status of the Saitama Plant

We hereby inform you of the damage sustained by our Saitama Plant due to the Tohoku Pacific Offshore Earthquake that occurred on March 11, 2011, and our future response as follows.

Record

1. Equipment Status

1) Inventory items in the automated warehouse fell from the racks, resulting in some damage. However, the system is operating normally.

2) There are no issues with the color-matching equipment.

2. Product Status

1) We are inspecting damaged inventory items. We are also reconciling system inventory with shippable inventory.

2) We have resumed processing custom-colored items. However, color matching may not be possible depending on the availability of base color inventory.

3. Regarding Orders

Due to issues such as planned power outages, we kindly request that orders be placed in the morning whenever possible.

4. Future Measures

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our valued customers. Saitama Factory will make every effort to address the situation and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
