“High radical control” that is one grade up from radical control, has succeeded in long life of coating film.

  • Surface protection of titanium oxide
    It protects surface layer of titanium oxide, which is generation source of radicals, and suppresses the generation of radicals.
  • Capture of radical by HALS
    NANO TECH SERIES efficiently captures radicals by placing many HALS around titanium dioxide unlike general additives. (High radical control) HALS (Light stabilizer) has the function of capturing the generated radical.
  • Coating protection by UVA
    UVA is called an ultraviolet light absorbent, and it suppresses the generation of radicals by absorb ultraviolet rays from the sun.

What’s Rheology:
Rheology consists of leveling and thixotropy. If the "leveling property" is good, the coating film becomes be smooth, but it will not be thick. (It feels like dripping honey) On the other hand, if you increase the "thixotropic property", the film becomes to be thicker, but the surface will not be smooth. (It feels like dripping mayonnaise) By adjusting leveling and thixotropy in good balance, it copes with both a beautiful appearance of a feeling of thickness and the ability to cover the edges (convex portions) where the film thickness tends to be thin, improving appearance and durability.
